Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount will depend on how early you cancel relative to your scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM IST on the check-in date).

2. Cancellation Charges

Our cancellation fee structure is calculated based on the timing of your cancellation request:

More than 24 Hours prior to check-in	10% of total amount	90% Refund of amount paid
Between 12 and 24 Hours prior to check-in	15% of total amount	85% Refund of amount paid
Between 8 and 12 Hours prior to check-in	50% of total amount	50% Refund of amount paid
Within 8 Hours of check-in time	100% of total amount	No Refund
After scheduled check-in time (No-show)	100% of total amount	No Refund

3. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is requested, it is processed automatically. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) used during the booking. Please allow 4 to 7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

4. Important Conditions

All cancellation timings are calculated relative to the standard check-in time of 12:00 PM IST.
In the event of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, please contact the resort front desk directly to discuss waiver options.
Refunds cannot be issued for early departures or shortened stays after check-in has been completed.
